We used Jared as our escrow officer when we purchased our first home here in beautiful Southern Utah. Jared and his staff are very focused, prompt and detail oriented! He spent a good amount of time explaining to us what we where signing page by page and was super pleasant to work with. We refer lots of our family and friends to him. This the 8th closing I've done in my life. Absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever had. My wife has been tears. They don't communicate at all with the customer. They seem completely unaware of what is going on even if you call yourself. Buyer beware!!!!!Jared is the worst. Don't know how this man can even tell himself he does a good job. I would give zero stars if I could
We never spoke about price and the invoice was sent out prior to us doing the signing. Your rep made this up after the fact and we rushed out pre 4th of july to accomodate your client. We did a after hours signing at 9pm we would never charge $150 for this amount of work especially a rush and going to universal studious to meet your client. I will be contacting your client to let him know. We work hard and very up front i really astonished how utah title plays games when it comes to rushing notaries out and low balling them. I will be reporting this to many notaries and escrow companies to not work with you guys doing business like this is really not professional.
