I have not been impressed with the level of customer service offered by this agent and his office. I have purchased insurance through this agency for six years and never had a problem, but recently had to make a change to my policy, and I felt that I was not a priority. I am now concerned that I will not be taken care of if (heaven forbid) I have to file a claim. I will be cancelling this policy as soon as it is up.
Mike and his staff are very helpful and friendly. We have been state farm members for 20 years. Auto insurance and life insurance are great benefits to us.
