State Farm offers really good insurance, and this particular branch does a great job. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Sherry McGhee is awesome. I love the location too, it's inside of an old historic home in downtown St. George. Sometimes they even have cookies when you go into the office.

Unprofessional! Today I was speaking to one of SHERRY MCGHEES agents and she HUNG UP ON ME! I have never been treated as a customer so poorly by a business! The customer is normally the priority and in this case unless you have 1,000's of dollars in policies with this agency they treat you like you are unimportant and a nuisance. I am disappointed, is an understatement. Hung up on? Really what are you ladies? I will tell you what you are not...not professional. Irritated and taking my business and hard earned dollars elsewhere!!!! I believe at one point this agency was decent but apparently it has plummeted to treating customers rudely, to harassing the customer, to not returning phone calls, to contacting and discussing policies with other people other than the client and finally to hanging up on their clients. I do not recommend this agency to anyone and I certainly will try an persuade any family members that are still with this agency currently to take their 1000's of dollars of business elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. I would avoid this place. Had an accident and they said they would work on getting it taken care of and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone at the office. Come to find out they never contacted the other insurance company or tried to resolve the issue.
They are very nice and willing to help. Sherry specializes in finances on top of insurance. Look them up on the State Farm website.
