I believe that your insurance is only as good as your agent. Joe Ellis and the team at Dixie Leavitt Insurance have been so helpful. I use them for my Worker Comp for my business, and Joe is always so responsive and helpful. I would highly suggest Leavitt Group to anyone!
When we called them to get policies they were very helpful and responded quickly. However, since then I have called Wendy Zobell a few times concerning some questions we had about some requirement changes and never called back. It seems they are most interested in getting new business, than keeping the clients.
