This State Farm is absolutely amazing! It feels like they're great friends who happen to also do our insurance! Ive never once had an issue with them, they have THE BEST customer service I have seen in any company and always are happy to help in any way they can. Id give them 6 stars if it were an option!
I've been with Mike Ford for about twenty years. Renters insurance, home insurance, business, auto, motorcycle, wave runners, life... My wife's family had used him so I went along with it. Our pool flooded at a rental property a year ago and the insurance wouldn't cover it. This year a toilet overflowed and damaged two rooms. They did cover that. Then they promptly cancelled my plan. What good is insurance if they cancel it when you use it? What good is going to your local State Farm agent or paying them thousands for years if when you make a claim they drop you. I'm going to better understand the insurance business and what needs changed legally because I'm not feeling like Mike Ford is my "Good Neighbor". I'm encouraging family and friends to find another company. Mike will not have your back when you actually need to use your insurance.
Ask for Kelsie Watters as your agent, she is so on the ball and jumps on problems before you even know there was one. Super communicative and just all around on the ball. I cant recommend her enough.
