Have never experienced anything but personalised professional service from Shonie and her team, despite having unusual or exceptional ins. requirements.We have needed to conduct most of our transaction through very long distances and separated time zones; it has never seemed an obstacle for these guys.
Every interaction I've had with anyone in Shonie's office has been great. They're quick to respond to any questions or concerns, big or small, which I always appreciate! I've added 2 teen drivers in the past few years, and they made it easy to do, and even talked me through what I needed to know when I bought my teen a car. Even the rates to include 2 teens seem reasonable. In addition, I know they're an active part of the community, which is something I admire. I've only had one fairly minor homeowner's claim, and I expected it to be a hassle, but it was handled smoothly and I felt that I was treated very fairly. It wasn't a huge claim, but it made me confident that I could trust Shonie and Allstate if I need them in the future, and that's worth a lot to me! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
