They always make me aware of changes that may be happening. If I ever do have a bill that is maybe more than expected, I always get a valid explanation for it or am simply notified it was a mistake. I'm greatful for the honesty.

This review is long overdue. I will never leave Allstate for my insurance coverage. About 10 years ago I got in a car accident just after signing up with Allstate. My car was totaled. I was afraid my rates would go up as I had heard happening with other people from other insurance carriers. My agent at the time assured me that this would not happen to me because of Allstate's Accident Forgiveness policy. What a relief! A few years later after moving to St. George, UT, we visited with Richard Harris who had become our agent when we moved to Utah. He found a way to lower my costs and increase my coverage even though it meant a decrease to his income. Again, what a relief to know I had the protection I could afford. I appreciate having an agent that cares more about me and my family's well being then his bottom line. Thank you.
