I had the unfortunate experience of having a big rock hit my brand new BMW windshield resulting in a large area of damage. I contacted Emilee that afternoon and she was very empathetic while also providing the contact information for Safelite AutoGlass. Safelite came out the same day and found that the damage could not be repaired and the windshield had to be replaced. Farmers rapidly approved the replacement and I had a new windshield within 48 hours of initial contact with Emilee!
I'm so happy with the service I receive here. Emily has been fantastic to work with and helped set me up with all my insurance needs. Fast, efficient and professional. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could!
Price is important, and I'm happy to say that I saved quite a bit on my personal and business insurance when switching over to Farmers. However, even though I'm paying less, I'm getting more. Kress and the rest of the office make me feel welcome anytime I have questions or need help with something. I actually look forward to going to their office because they are so friendly and helpful.
