Im from Salt Lake City, and visit St. George often for vacation and to see family. Ive been to Le Couture for both manis and pedis, and absolutely love this place! Ive been to more than 5 other nail salons in the area, all of which were mediocre (to say the least) and very overpriced. The people who work at Le Couture are all super friendly and fun, not overbearing at all. We get to pick out songs from a massive selection and sing karaoke while getting all dolled up! Not to mention, the pricing is MORE than fair. If youre looking for beautiful, long lasting nails, come here! If youre looking for a good time, come here! Im a clean freak, if you are too, come here! They keep the place spotless and all tools/instruments used are thoroughly cleaned. Im extremely satisfied every time I leave this salon. This is an honest, genuine review. Dont believe me? Visit the place yourself! You wont be disappointed.
I've come here quite a bit, with family members too and they usually do a pretty good job. This last time we went and the owner lady did our toes and she dug so hard into my cuticle that it bled and everything she did just hurt. And afterward when I get home I look closer at my nails and notice she didn't clean up around them at all. We also took my uncle who got his toes cleaned and clipped but didn't get them painted and the girl at the front desk still charged us full price, which at other places they don't. My sister in law also said her job hurt really bad and when the lady messed up one of her toes not paying attention, she blamed it on her ingrown toenail. I'm not really picky, but I would've enjoyed painting my own toes at home a lot more than this. I'm giving it two stars because we usually get better service. Oh and just plan on it taking forever because it always does.
I wont ever go to this location again. We waited about 45 mins, in hopes they would start our pedicures soon. The music is too loud, pedicures should be relaxing, the lady said if we dont like the music go somewhere else, so we did. All 5 in my party. My niece wanted acrylic nails, they never even helped her after 45 mins of waiting.
I've tried this place twice and was thoroughly disappointed both times. The water was cold, they overbook so you're sitting there waiting longer than what's acceptable, and the pedicure turned out poorly. I regret the money I spent.
I took my daughter to get a back to school pedicure. Started out great and then it went to spectacular. Karaoke and nails. Singing with a bunch of strangers songs from Frozen and Mamma Mia. Perfect afternoon with my daughter. Thank you.
