Loved my massage therapist! She's fantastic and great to talk to!My issue was one person in particular at the front desk. I had received a gift card for Christmas and went twice. The first time I was asked about wanting to be part of some plan where if I paid extra it was cheaper when I came every month. But still had to pay for it? I told her I wasn't interesting and she asked me why. I thought that was so strange! Why do they need to know? I'm just not interested thanks. Then when I went for my second appointment she asked me AGAIN and was pretty persistent. I don't enjoy being hassled into joining or doing something. I feel like no means no. I was polite, but it often felt like she would keep asking regardless of how I felt. It made me really uncomfortable. I don't know if they work off commission or what, but this reason alone is why I don't want to go back there. Every time I told her I didn't want to join their plan, she seemed upset. I honestly don't want to go here again.
Me and my husband came for a couples massage and had a great experience. Susan and Vicente were our therapists. They were very nice, professional, and helpful.
My kids surprised me with a 90 minute massage from here. I showed up 10 minutes early to fill out papers. Then about eight minutes after my set appointment I went back into the room. I hurried and sent a snap and laid down. When I was done, which felt like no time at all, I hurried got up looked at my phone and it had only been 60 minutes. I took a picture of the times I sent the snap and the time that I finished the massage. I asked the front desk ladies how they time the massages. She told me that they do five minutes for you to get ready and five minutes at the end for you to get dressed when youre done, so whatever you schedule minus the 10 minutes is how long they actually have hands on massaging. I explained very nicely that I would like to only pay for a 60 min since thats all I got. She said sorry we put you down for 90 so thats what you have to pay. Then she asked if Id like to schedule another appointment. I said nope wont be coming here again. I even filled out a review on email and it asked if Id like a manager to contact me about my complaint. All I got back was on email saying they would check into it, not even askibg what all went down. All I was able to tell them was a 1 star for from desk. My husband felt so bad that he scheduled me another massage somewhere else so that I could at least get the 90 minutes. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Very disappointed with my recent appointment. Was on time, but receptionists were assisting clients who were trying to pay for there appointment. After waiting 10 minutes they told me to fill out my forms, which was a waste, because the therapist didnt care where my pain was. Finally after 15 minutes I got to my room, and the therapist Joan told me I wouldn't be getting a full hour, because there wasnt enough time. I then told her to focus more on my neck and back because of the pain I was in. She never rubbed my neck. It felt as if she was just rubbing oil all over my back, with no pressure whatsoever. I told her it was okay to use pressure, and about my severe neck pain again, and still got no attention in that area. I paid for a full hour, full body massage and got a back rub, and foot rub that lasted a total of 40 minutes. The one hour massage experience should begin when the therapist enters the room to start the massage, not when I enter the building. Otherwise its false advertising. Will not be coming back to your facility's.
Always kind and good service.just seems to have a big turn over with the therapist.
