This place was beautiful! By far the nicest place and room I've ever stayed in. We stayed in the King Suite. It was very large and spacious. If you're looking for a romantic vacation place or quick getaway I suggest them. Very large walk-in shower, and huge deep bath tub. Massage table on bathroom for convenient massages if requested. See through fire place dividing the master King bed from bathroom. Sky lights. This place was stunning. The only reason I have a 4 star is because I found small bugs on our towels and in the tub. As well as it looked as if the tub had not been fully cleaned. I told them and they replaced the towels and clean it up promptly. They compensated us for our troubles as well. Very kind and ready to work with. Will definitely be returning!
Beautiful place! Zillions of roses and very calming, peaceful atmosphere. One pool was full of grass but the other one was clean. I loved having a jetted tub and a fireplace in the room. The natural wood furniture and the calming white walls were very hygge. Good coffee and tea options in the room, including a chocolate chai that my partner really liked. No restaurant on the premises, despite a confusing sign. Lots of fountains and other cozy nooks to chill out in. Would definitely come back to stay if Im ever in the area again.
My husband and I were visiting the area to see national parks. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. After getting back from our trip though, we noticed our bank account has been charged twice for the massages we had booked. I called three separate times to ask them about it. After each call, I was told that they would call me back within the hour. I never received a call. Finally, I called a fourth time and a friendly staff member told me that she would delete the extra charge and email me a receipt. I never received the email, and they never deleted the charge. I contacted my bank and after a very long time of them not hearing back from Amira, they decided to just delete the charge for me. Overall, a wonderful experience at the resort itself, but very disappointed with the lack of communication of staff members.
Definitely not a spa. A fairly nice hotel room with attached massage room. No steam no sauna, no soaking tubes, no lounge.
What a great place to stop and unwind. My girlfriend and I stayed here after hiking and camping in Zion all weekend. It was the perfect place to get the dirt off and get a great nights sleep. She loved the spa treatment she got and i enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Our bed was very comfortable and overall the place is very clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
