Great price on salt and chemicals. Their muriatic acid is twice as potent as Lowes or Home Depot at a great price. They also have a Rewards punch card that gives you $20 free with every $100 purchased which you wont find any where else.
Love my Bullfrog X5L hot tub! Bruce, Tammy & Jason were all great to deal with, super professional & knowledgeable. I shopped around and did a ton of research , which I do for everything in my life...haha...but I went with product quality, service & supporting local business . Bruce came out to my site to check it all out beforehand. It took me over 3 months to get HOA approval , which is another story!
We purchased our Bullfrog Hot Tub from these guys about 2 years ago, and have absolutely loved it. Their customer service is top notch---they have always been more than willing to offer advice and answer questions that have arisen over the past 2 years about how to keep the chemicals in balance. We love our Bullfrog Spa purchased from Tropical Spas. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He even stopped by our home to look at our space and help us other placement details. He also offered to come back if we needed any additional help with other spa operations. The delivery was very smooth and professional. Kelton was very careful in perfectly setting the spa and explaining all of the operating details. I love that I can bring in a water sample for chemical balancing anytime. The customer service at Bullfrog is exceptional.
