Had a great late lunch. Nice atmosphere, good service and the halibut was very reasonably priced and delicious! Excellent salad and the bread is the best. Highly recommend.
Ive had lunch here several times and the food is always very good. The bread they bring to your table is delicious and worthy of taking home if you have leftovers. Great service and atmosphere.
The food was tasty. Their bread rolls and chocolate cake are the BEST, BUT I will have to give 3 stars b/c despite our reservation we still waited 30 minutes to be seated. They didn't tell us how long the wait was going to be. They left us seated in the waiting area and we didn't see management in site to talk to. Service was good once we were seated. My "sauteed" vegetables weren't really cooked. They were still very raw and crunchy. My husband and sister-in-law ordered the same entree: filet medallions w/ mashed potato and veggies. My sis.-in-law got gravy, but my husband didn't. We didn't say anything because by the time we got our food it had been an hour since we got there. I would go back for the bread and chocolate cake, but would not recommend for dinner time.
We were having a very large anniversary party for my parents. Around 35 people. This was our top choice due to reviews and word of mouth. They were also the only place I called that didn't panic at the concept of a party that large. We had some problems on our end and had to move the date, and each time I called and talked to that manager about it, or anything he was very professional and accommodating. When we arrived they were super welcoming. It took awhile for everyone to get there, and so a guy came in and passed around candy and stuff to keep everyone including the kids happy. The wait staff were just great. They never showed any signs of being stressed at the amount of people. And we have caused the wait staff at other places to just about lose it with half the amount of people. The food is so good. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food. The whole place looked so nice. The manager told me they had done a $200k renovation when they took over the place, and it shows. Its a classy rustic vibe done well. The private room * The Grand Canyon Room* we dined in had this awesome sliding barn door made of dark wood. There was dark wood touches throughout. I loved sitting in there. We have nothing but good things to say about this place. That's a lot to say for a family full of complainers. The manager even asked if my mom was ok. The reason we had to move the event was because she dislocated a rib. I was super impressed that he even thought to ask. Also that he took the time to answer my questions about the renovations and decor. We are going back here again next year for sure. Probably a few times in between as well. What a gem this place is.
Amazing food and inexpensive Best clam chowder, bread is to die for, chocolate gift cake is definitely worth it . The best chocolate cake I've ever eaten.Great gift too because it is soooo good and wrapped with a ribbon. Daily specials are very unique and delicious!
