Not terrible but not good, definitely far from great. Don't expect any extras.Room: Room was a little on the dirty side. I spilled some water and used the towels provided to clean it up and the surface of the towel turned dark gray/brownish. No cockroaches thankfully. There is a bed, fridge, microwave, and table. No coffee pot in room. Bath: The bathroom was very dirty, the floor mats had brown stains and the bath mat was severely torn. The mirror is tarnishing badly. Bfast: Cold cereal, milk, toast, juice, and coffee.
Nothing special but it does the job in a pinch. Clean rooms, good staff and a good location make it doable.
I've stayed here 3 times for the past 2 months and every stay was accommodated with friendliness and professionalism. From the check in process with Pedro or Rome to the smiles from the housekeepers . The rooms are clean , and being a big time OCD with clean , I must say I was impressed ! Great upgrades with the lamps in the rooms and super comfortable beds ! My go-to place to stay when I'm in st george .. LOVE IT
Very pleased with the price and the room. Great location! 5 stars in my book. Would love to stay again.
