Nice room. Good A/C. (Believe me, that's important in Saint George!)Clean room. We had a king bed, small table and 2 chairs. Good pillows.They have a pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. You can walk to several restaurants. Including McD's, Burger King, Dairy Queen and Black Bear.
Very great price.. Nicely prepared breakfast.. The rooms are a bit run down, but out makes it up by the great pool hot tub and staff..stay here every time in Saint George..
This place is a joke. Ive never met someone more rude than the staff that I spoke with. My girlfriend and I made a reservation for a night a few days in advance. The night we were supposed to check in we had a family EMERGENCY and had to spend the night at a hospital instead. We called the next morning to see if we could be refunded but they said in response to our situation oh now youre calling? We tried to call you last night and you guys never picked up. No refund for you. Not only did they lie about calling us as we never got called but he was extremely rude to us when we were already in much distress. I also got charged $90 for a night we never got to spend down there. What a joke. Safe to say I will never book another room at quality inn in my life. You really need to speak to the staff about hospitality.
My husband and I booked a two night stay here through our credit card rewards travel portal. We booked what was advertised as a pet friendly room. When we arrived with our pups we were informed that the pet policy was misrepresented on our credit cards website and our room was not pet friendly. Although the cancellation policy clearly describes a required 3 day notice, they spoke to our travel representative and gave us a full refund without question. The hotel staff was very kind and they did NOT have to do this. We will definitely keep them in mind for future trips.
They are friendly and the room was very nice. We were passing through looking for a room for the night, tried the first hotel we came to which was a Hampton inn, crazy expensive so found Quality Inn and they were great. I would stay again.
