I emailed Monster Storage to see if they had room for me a month ahead of time. They responded saying they did and then I made a reservation Online. Then traveled two days to get there only to find out they did not have a spot for me. After driving for two days I was not very happy. Then I asked if they knew of any other storage companies in town and they said no. I don't think this company is very professional and helpful to say they least. I did find storage in St. George for a faction of what monster was charging but it was not covered storage. Also if you still plan to use this company the access is not trailer friendly with a dead end that you have to try to turn around in.
It was so easy to get a storage unit with these guys. I reserved it then went down there, paid them and signed papers. I wish buying a car was that easy. The manager is so cool, the building is clean and there is music in there too lol
