No automatic door to get in the gate! The gate it self me, my husband, and his brother to push it open. I will never come here again
I had the best renting experience with monarch, very easy to work with. I went in 10 days into the month and said I was moving out of the storage unit. I just unexpectedly received a refund for the remainder of the month. Monarch might not be the nicest storage units but they defiantly make up for it in customer service and reasonable prices.
I don't know if I'd even give one star.
Had stuff in there for over 3 years and didn't have a single rat problem! I'd call that a win.
