Jasmine and Dusty at the realty office were timely in their responses and helped us find and secure a place fast. The price for a 3 bedroom apartment was under $1000, which is reasonable. Their website is easy to navigate and they have been clear so far as to what they need from us.
I have rented with Adavanced for years and I love this company. The staff is wonderful to us and the owners have always worked with our needs to make sure that we have been taken care of. Dessica and Gladys are so kind and welcoming when I come in or call. I have not been through their move out process yet, because of how wonderful they treat me I am not worried. They have always been fair, honest, and willing to answer all of my questions.UPDATE: I had to move because the owner sold the property. After 7 years of wonderful service with this company, I have to say the deposit was handled more than fair. Still loved living at the property and really enjoyed my experience with this company.
Its shocking how this company still stands. Theyre ridiculously greedy and careless about the people that pays them rent. And I dont know how or why any owner would do business with these people if they are humans. They are no different from Jensen property management. Jensen property charged me $400 more for the deposit because my credit score was only at 720 and I didnt have any recent rental history. Are you serious what kind a BS is that. I wouldnt recommend Jensen property management or Advanced Reaty to anyone.
They really suck we didnt have air conditioning in the summer for 2 months and they did not care and took their sweet time I do not recommend we have children in the house also.
If i knew this rental realty is as scandalous as the people that managed it, I would not recommend it to any family or anyone. I so regretted referring my love ones there. Terrible property management. you don't deserve a star!!!Guess what Advanced Realty(mainly you Dusty and who ever help you lying between your teeths and on documents too), you thought ruined my family's reputation and renting history by reporting lies to other agencies will not get them anywhere, well you all thought wrong. They were accepted by a lot far better management and an agent who opens their door for them. God works in mysterious ways. Old sayings, Karma will surely get to you all, for mistreating of tenants. Do unto others, as others will do unto you. Treat people as you want to be treated, whether your at home, work place or anywhere. God Bless your sorry awful and mouth full of LIES management's.
