So amazing! If anyone is looking for a realtor I would highly recommend Lorraine Glazier. She was very professional and quick to respond. Any house we wanted to see she would meet us right away. She always payed attention to our "checklist" and we found a beautiful home that checked off everything we wanted In a home. She gave us great recommendations for home insurance and for our inspection. Everything went smooth and within our time line. We would highly recommend her!
We first met Rachel and Kyle by luck. Our plans to relocate from another state were finally coming together. It did not occur to us that it would take a team of people to actually make the transition smooth. While we were out browsing different neighborhoods, we met Rachel. She was very sweet and took the time to listen to our story and what our vision was for our relocation. She was very honest and knew that we needed someone to help guide us through the process so she referred us to her husband Kyle. Without having never met we connected by phone and email and he immediately got to work. After 6 mon of keeping us up to date we finally had a chance to meet and again align our move in dates, needs, wants etc., he even tried to help my husband find work. After a long 9 months, we finally bought our home! Words cannot describe the incredible amount of support, work and effort that Kyle put towards our families future. He truly made the process seamless and stress free. On top of all this. I never felt like a Client or a paycheck to him. We feel that we have gained a life long friendship. Thank you Rachel for your knowledge and ability to connect us with the right person and Thank you Kyle for being there every step of the way....yesterday....today....and always.

Kyle Wipf was the best realtor I think we could have had. We are just first time buyers and were unsure of how things work and were worried that we were going to have an agent that just wanted money out of us. Kyle was not that guy at all. He was responsive, helpful, knows his stuff and most importantly is honest and hard working. At one point he was even helping us get a house he would have no commission on just because we couldnt compete with cash offer investors. Our house was just 130,000 but he still took care of us. Rich or poor I would not hesitate to recommend him, if he takes care of the small deals you better believe he will take care of the big ones. Our finance people get a 1 star, but because of Kyle and his honest reputation we were able to get our house with non extra cash and the seller stayed through us with 3 extensions. Just to be clear if youre reading this just get Kyle. You wont regret it! Im heading off to med school and if Im ever down here again you better believe Ill call Kyle.
