Chris has been such a great Realator and friend over the past couple of years. I found Chris in 2015 and she helped me find a great house. She was so involved from beginning to end and kept in touch with me for two years! When the time came to sale that house I went straight to her and she once again helped me from beginning to end! She even helped me find a rental once my house sold! Now I am on hunt again for a home and there isnt anyone I would trust to help me except for Chris. She continues to go above and beyond for me and is overall a great person to work with!

I did advise My Clients to check out the neighborhood, schools and churches. Moving is a big deal and will impact the family and their future. It is unfortunate you felt pushed when they attended your church and visited the area. The delays were because the lender required the repairs. No lender would close a loan until the roof and the electrical issues were repaired. I have receipts for over $500 that I paid for for repairs from my compensation. Both your Agent & myself agreed to reduce it to assist you after you had the expense of the repairs. Also I had never met or spoken to you until the day we got the keys, so I am confused as to your allegations.
Ryan Lockly that is odd that A Professional in any industry would go to the expense of printing up Advertisements and then dis -guard them all on your lawn. Most likely whoever the Agent was who printed the fliers paid someone to do put distribute them and the person they hired left them there. Thomas S any business owner with a website pays for the domain name and the website to be maintained. Having a username and password allows the person doing the searches to save them, and pick favorites. If you are serous about buying wouldn't you want that capability?
