I am an attorney. I have had dealings, and not good ones, with a lot of property management companies. I know Tarese Bradbury and she is honest and does all she can to make sure that the property owner and tenant are a good match. If you need a property manager, call Tarese. If you are looking to rent call Tarese. It is a good thing that I have not had to deal with these guys as an attorney.
I've dealt with Tarese Bradbury at HRRM and only have great things to say about her and how professional ability. she is a great person and does a great job getting properties rented with quality renters and she takes care of the problems that come up but still keeps you in the loop of what's going on. Highly recommend her.
This is an amazing place to rent from. The office staff is always friendly and understanding. Would refer them to everyone.
During a regular property inspection there was a misunderstanding for who was responsible for a sprinkler repair. The inspector left and returned shortly after with an eviction notice. The repair was minor and was done before the inspector returned with the eviction notice. When I went to speak with them I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. During that time I was told they were busy by the secretary. After 30 minutes I was told that they would not be available until the next day. After they were sent documents by an attorney they quickly changed their attitude and said I could stay. I got out of there as fast as I could.
We were approved to rent a property with their company quickly and painlessly. The owner of the property decided to give it to a family member the day we came in to pay the rest of our deposit (since we already paid $300 in advance) and rent. However the staff were amazingly pleasant and refunded us in full. I hope we could find something with them in the future should the need arise again.
