The whole house was backed up. Called Robot Rooter at 4:00 PM thinking that I probably would have to wait until the next day. These guys were at my house in less than an hour and in about an hour had the blockage cleared and explained to me what I need to do to repair the broken sewer line this week end. Fast and professional
Tony and Jeff are great people! They are wonderful to be around and their work is fantastic. The times they have been at my home to repair/replace something have brought back my faith in human beings. They tell me everything they are going to do, if I don't understand something or have questions they take the time to explain it to me. They take the stress out of a stressful situation. I know I'm not going to have any problems with anything they worked on - they know their business and take pride in doing it well and putting the customer at ease.Please put a copy of this in each of their personnel files. If it is at all possible they really deserve a pay raise!
