I am sure these guys are great plumbers, but you are getting over charged for sure. We got a quote for installing some new faucets that we just bought, and I was floored by the quote. I had another plumber Roger come over and he did a fantastic job plus he installed a water softener and replaced a couple toilets all for (no exaggeration) 6 times less than what this company quoted me for just the faucets. I payed $395 instead of $2300, and even got more stuff done. Just know that if you use this company, you are getting grossly over charged, and someone else will do just as great of a job.
Called to have some plumbing issues fixed in my home. They called me right back, set the appt next day and fixed the items quickly and affordably. Highly recommend.
Woke to water soaked floors in the house and garage with no hot water. On the phone with my first call for repair and a guy ready for work (Tracy) was here in 15 minutes. New water heater up and running in less than 2 hours. Repairman Tracy is my go to guy for any plumbing needs. The gal on the phone was great too. Extremely Impressed they were VERY professional and thorough! Had an issue with a water heater and Bruce Thompson Plumbing sent a tech by the name of Tracey over to inspect. Turns out bottom was rusted out, which is why I called and once they pulled the water heater the evidence was obvious to me. Tracey was probably one of the best service techs I have seen, very professional, respectful of carpet and did an incredible job. I am borderline OCD and he made sure everything was dialed in just right, along with explaining all of the details. He left everything clean and organized. Looking for someone you can trust, call these guys!
