When my mom passed in California, the morticians callously removed her body from our home and threw her in a body bag . I was so upset over her death and then to see the lack of sensitivity was even more upsetting. My dad passed away here in Utah. Robert McMillan and Graham came to pick him up. I was in tears at the sensitivity they displayed. They carefully and meticulously wrapped him in a crisp linen sheet. It was such a sacred moment they created that will be forever be etched in my mind. I will forever be in their debt for their professionalism, but mostly for their empathy and compassion. It was nearly a religious service. If I could give them more stars, I would! I highly recommend them.. Wonderful people !
