My mother in-law took her dog in to get a low cost neuter. The front staff was very questionable. She weighed my mother in-laws dog 5 times to try and get her dog to get 4oz over the 60 lb mark. Really? Talk about a scam. Then she tells her she can't have her dog until she pays an extra $30 because the dog was over 60lbs. Really disappointed. I am sure the Vet was great. But never saw the Vet. Total bill was $90 instead $60.
So friendly and nice they know my name and my furry kids names. They have taken care of my cat, dogs and bird. Awesome people!
The doctors and staff are awesome. They know me by name and take good care of my furbabies.
We went here to have our dog euthenized because our regular vet was not able to fit us in. It took us about an hour and a half to get through the whole process. He would come into the room, talk a bit and leave. Exam him and leave. Etc. It is hard enough to make such a decision without a vet dragging it out forever. And then to top it off be charged more than twice as much as our regular vet. Bad experience.
I recently visited this location with my elderly mother. She had a dog seen for some unusual aggression. The vet spent about 10 minuets discussing her options. He did not examine the dog in any way. I thought he might check for a bad tooth or other physical things that might be affecting the dog. His overall take was that it was just the breed. My mother chose to think about her options overnight. We went to the receptionist to check out. She informed my mom that the visit was $50.00. I was shocked. The vet did nothing to warrant a fee of this price. No supplies were used no examination. So what was the $50 dollars for I wondered. I fell that this vet took advantage of my mother and her pet. I urge you to consider your options when selecting a place to take your pets. This vet has the potential to take advantage of you too.
