The hours on Google are wrong. The vets told me they're open until 8am. I was very pleased with the visit. They helped ease my mind and worries about my cat's injury.
Great experience on a Saturday morning. Staff was kind, caring and professional. The doctor was excellent and we were in and out in around 45 minutes. I thought that the charges were very reasonable and considerably lower than I was expecting. Hopefully we won't need to return for any pet-related emergencies, but great to know that there is a great place so nearby if we do.
Super nice and helpful staff. They gave my kitty antibiotics, fever medicine and x-ray to make sure she didn't have blockage in her tummy. She was all better a few days later. Thank you!
I didn't get any services done, so I can't speak to the quality of work. However, I took my dog in for having a bad cough that wouldn't stop, and the man who came to talk to me said it's common to have a beezor, and he'd need to do surgery, and that it would take a while because he had 2 lined up for the same thing and was about to do those. He also said it would be about $2,500. My dog had stopped coughing at that point, so I decided to leave. Best decision ever. Turns out, my dog had a mild case of bronchitis, that's it. So watch out if they push for surgery, and make damn sure it's what you need. I will say, the man who came to talk to me was very polite and friendly. that's what the 3 stars are for.
The staff was so amazing! They helped us out so much and worked with us to help our puppy feel better. Fransworth was the Vet and he was great. Dont know the names of the others but thank you Southwest Animal clinic!
