This was a great little place to stop at. They have one fairly big display room with hundreds of display animals to see. I recommend you take the "guided tour". It's basically a giant remote you carry around with you, and when you come across a display you want to learn more about, you type the corrisponding numbers and a little recording plays to tell you about the animals you're looking at. It makes walking through much more interesting and fun. Overall, fantastic museum that was educational and entertaining.

I've gone there a few times now. I love just walking in and seeing the mounts and listening to all the sounds the museum plays of the animals. The handheld speaker they give you is very informative about the different animals and where they came from. I can't believe the work that they put into building scenery to portray where the animals are from. It is breath taking!I talked to a guy who helped set this up and he said they left some of the animals out. I wish they would expand on it to make it longer. It is truly amazing!

When it's 110 outside this is the perfect spot to bring kids and stay cool! They will love all the displays and great learning experience too. We also love the hand on room!

Well presented dioramas of many mammals from around the world. The hand held voice guide made the walk informative. Without out it, would be very doring.

I liked the layout of the museum. There were definitely a lot of animals to see but we found ourselves at the end very quickly. There were a couple rooms that are being finished and I hope they include more than just animals but insects and other items to learn about. They were smart putting a small kids area but I would recommend them adding to it to make it a hit among the little ones. I am glad I took my family here overall and enjoyed our short visit.
