Do NOT give this nit "witt" any of your money! Took us for $2000 and then wouldn't go to the hearing with us unless we paid an additional $1,500 even though the $2000 retainer was supposed to cover us for the hearing! Also, never disclosed in the original meeting that the fee that we had agreed on didn't include paying his employees! Has no clue how to handle a Civil Stalking Injunction and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT the people he is hired by. If you want to waste your time, end up with nothing in the end, then this is the place to go! If you actually want to get something for your money and not be scammed, then go somewhere else! Absolute SCAM!
Marshall and his office were very good to work with and easy to talk to and was understanding of my situation. I was in a bad way when I had gone in to talk to Marshall Witt for a consultation. I had used previous attorneys for a custody battle for my little girl (my "X" tried everything she could to take her from me and make me pay her 'child support') it was about her winning and taking my money and she was so vindictive that she tried to accuse me of domestic violence and say I hurt my own darling child. After a few months and 3 or 4 hearings I won back custody of my child and am the custodial parent that doesn't pay my 'X' child support. Nor do I make her pay me child support because I don't believe that's ever calculated fairly. I have my child 22/30 days a month!! Also all accusations against me were dropped and I was given a protective order against my X to prevent being hurt by her again (which hurts the children MORE)! My X only cared about hurting me, and not raising a child. The judge (and thanks to Marshall's knowledge) said he didn't believe she was honest and her story kept changing, because Marshall knows how to ask the right questions) . Only the truth is consistent so if you have someone experienced like Witt Law then you have a chance to win your case. He also specializes in many other aspects of law! I know it's expensive but I have no regret because now my daughter is safe and I have legal papers from the state protecting us now. Good luck to you all on your legal cases.
