8 months and thousands of dollars spent with zero results.Our attorney, I won't mention his name but his initials are "D.H." just wanted to lead us down a never ending road with no end in sight.Charging us more money all the way.Very poor handling of this matter.
Worst experience ever. Britt Beckstrom called me in to go over things before divorce mediation and had nothing in his file. Very unprofessional and unprepared. He charged me nearly $400 to ask me the same questions he had asked at our $100 consultation. He loudly open mouth chewed candy and pastries through mediation and didn't follow up on paperwork that was supposed to be filed as part of the divorce agreement. When I called to ask why it wasn't resolved, not only did they make me resolve it myself and pay more filing fees, but they also charged me for the email correspondence and short phone conversation just to tell me they wouldn't fix THEIR mistake. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone, take your business to someone professional and reasonable.
Great attorneys! They are able to get the work done quickly and effectively. The attorney that I had for my father's probate was not only personally understanding of our loss but was also able to alleviate some stress by taking care of me and my siblings with the legal matters of the estate. All of their work was greatly appreciated and I never had any kind of a problem while finishing up our legal matters.

I went into their office twice trying to find Matt Eekins. They told me not to make an appointment and just to stop in and he was out the 2 different times I stopped in. I was told to leave my info and he would call me. Still haven't gotten a call and it has been weeks. Guess I will have someone else do my trust and estate.
