More of a private club for serious fitness minded people. CLEAN AN NOT OVER CROWDED
Incredible gym! Has everything you could want in a gym. The only thing that couldve made my visit better is if Steve, Jake, & Sunny were there to meet! I will definitely be back!
The best gym in St George by far. Steve Cook is a gym master and you won't be disappointed with his fitness facility. No matter your workout experience this place can suit your needs.
Hands down the best gym ive been too! very clean, plenty of equipment, an awesome atmosphere and the staff is great!
PLACE WAS SICK. Very few people in there at a time, you get a sense of privacy. Nice place to workout. Dude in the front was super chill. I'd say good job Steve for putting together a great gym.
