TOTAL PERFECTION. Wilding Wallbeds worked with us on a custom solution which turned out exactly as we had requested. The tolerances of the mechanisms are extremely tight, yet after traveling across the country via common carrier, the beds fit together and worked perfectly. The company also endeavored to match the wood color, type and finish of a piece which was already exiting in the room where the beds were to be installed. Everyone who sees the room assumes the pieces were manufactured together in the same facility. Five stars is not right for this company -- seven to ten would be a better reflection of the pride and quality which is evident in the final product.
Exceeded our expectations! We bought the complete bed frame/mechanism. Easy installation, easy to manipulate up and down.
TRUE STORY - When you continue reading you will be perplexed on the 5 stars. Just keep reading...the delivery company that Wilding Wallbeds used sent one person to deliver our bed with two side cabinets (VERY heavy shipment). The gentleman put the shipment on the truck lift gate, started to lower it and the whole thing fell 4 feet to crash on the ground. We were going to refuse the shipment but thank goodness we called Wilding Wallbeds to explain the situation. They said open everything and see what was damaged and they would send replacement pieces. Guess what? NO DAMAGE!!! These things are built like a tank. Solid as a rock. Incredible. I have told this story time and time again and people are amazed. Extremely satisfied with our purchase. It installed beautifully.
We recently purchased the twin bunk beds and a queen size bed, both with side pieces, all in the Tuscany style, and in cherry wood. We had them match the cherry stain on the rest of our house to boot. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service is exceptional. I have been more than pleased with my new custom made storage bed. I had it made 18 inches high to use for storage in my tight NYC apartment . I was concerned that we would have difficulty assembling the bed which was delivered right before Christmas Eve. I was amazed that I was given the cell phone of the owner to help support me when the store was closed for the holiday. Sure enough he was willing to work with us right up to the holiday. Although the assembly videos were easy to follow ,I had some questions which he supported me through. Amazing customer care. The bed itself is fabulous . It has enormous amounts of storage. I had it stained in a dark color which looks beautiful . At first it was a little difficult to open and close but it loosens up quickly and can be easily managed. I kept my previous mattress which is thick and heavy yet I can get into the storage without problem. The bedding remains in place when lifting and closing. I kept my previous leather headboard which was easy to attach. The dates of bed completion at the factory and delivery were all exactly as promised. .
