I have purchased many items over the last few years from them. I have purchased an electric fire place / entertainment center, Tv's, Blue Ray players, Oven/Range, Large Stand up Freezer, Side by Side Fridge, and a sofa and love seat combo. Out of everything that purchased from them in a matter of 4 years the only thing that still works is the electric fire place and that is probably because it hardly ever gets turned on as it is hot most of the time down here. Most of the time that my wife and I went in there I am not sure if it was because we were younger or what but no one wanted to help us. When we bought the refrigerator, deep freezer, and oven/range we had to pick everything out ourselves and then track someone down just to write up a ticket so we could check out, and they were all just sitting on a couch talking to each other. We even bought the extended warranty on all of the things we purchased and even though they came out to fix the issues a few times the same problem kept happening. With our stove the heating element kept burning out. We would call and it would be a couple weeks before someone could come and look at it, then another couple weeks for the part to come in then another couple weeks for them to come out and install it. This happened twice and we were told if it happens again with a year period they would replace the unit. Well it did but with the wait times it became the new year and even though the first issue and the last was not a year apart but they were a different calendar year the 3 time fail had to start over. with all the down time I could not handle not having an oven for that long again so I had to just go and buy a new one. I purchased all my new appliances from The Home Depot and everything is still in great working order.
My wife and I recently went in looking to purchase various pieces of furniture as we moved from a furnished rental to a non-furnished rental. We were greeted by a salesperson, Rhett, who introduced himself to us and told us he'd be nearby if we needed anything. We traversed the entire store and he was always within sight but never so close that we felt pressured. He was just very obviously available for any questions we may have. We ended up looking for half an hour or so and then left. A few days later we came back and he recognized us, greeted us with a smile, and helped us through the sale of our new sectional. The location is great, has a lot of variety and is set up in a way that makes sense. They have a fountain, diner, electronics section, it's just a great atmosphere. But Rhett being as awesome and helpful as he was is what sealed the deal. We will be coming back in the future for sure.
Allen was amazing! Buying a mattress was so overwhelming until we came to Boulevard! We tried an online one & just werent happy. We told him what we were experiencing with our current mattress & he tested each of us with their mattress finder machine & was able to point us in the right direction. Gave us all the information & then gave us the space to make a decisionnot pushy at all. He was super patient & spent tons of time with us.(We came back twice!) He followed up with us & made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. EXCELLENT customer service! We love our mattress & definitely would recommend Allen for anyone who is in the market.
I scheduled an appointment for someone to come and look at a broken chair and what it would cost to repair. They said the cost would be $75, I agreed then he realized he had no parts to fix it. I got a call the very next day and said that the $75 was for him to look at the chair which took 5 minutes but the total cost for labor would be an additional $120. Needless to say I decline the repair but still had to pay the $75. I won't be calling them again in the future. I asked specifically how much to fix my chair, I was told $75. I wasn't told the full price until after the fact.dont go to this place until you get a full review of the cost
I have previously worked with Andrea and Will.Both were great.Today, I met with Monica (she did advise me that she was new, and may need to get assistance, from the person that was training her) and she was wonderful.We have been looking for a sofa or sectional that would fit our needs and our pocketbook.Monica was there every step of the way.She even sent me a message, about a couch that I was interested in.I have to tell you that Monica provided us with a wonderful experience, and she is very professional.We will be back for more furniture, and some assistance from Monica
