Travel Connections was great. Our best vacation. It went without s hitch. This is the second vacation that Mary Curtis had booked for us and we had such a wonderful experience both times. We loved it so much that we have already booked a vacation for next fall through Mary at Travel Connections.
Christi West is nothing short of amazing. She really cares about you having the best experience possible. She is very punctual and professional. She actually saved my Anniversary trip from being a disaster because of a Passport issue she caught. She called the airlines for me, had it corrected, and even got the fee waived! Glad I use a travel agent instead of doing it alone. It's definitely worth it
First Id like to say that Im a consumer who really takes pride in supporting businesses that value each and every one of their customers and can deliver that wow experience. I typically go on vacations during the winter months and I used to go through a competitor in the past, but I figured Id give Celece a shot when she opened her agency back in 2009. This month marks 8 years of being one of her clients and Ive been more than impressed with the service thats been provided to me. For just about every location I choose to visit shes already been there herself so she is full of information and advice, sometimes I feel like Im talking to a local from the area. Year after year regardless of what I can afford, The Travel Connection has consistently been able to bring that wow experience to the table which is they continue to earn my business.
