Had a perfect experience ordering a pool to this store from up north. Brian assist manager was super nice and helpful.
I love the pharmacy but it's hours of operation are not conducive to good customer service. The checkout lines are way to long. And never seem to have any back ups.
Update: This is the last Kmart in Utah, I hope they survive. It is still one of my favorite stores to walk around. Make sure you check your surprise points or freecash as it's called now before buying anything.Although they look very run down and like they are going out of business, I like Kmart. They have the cutest garden items, and usually some great sales.
The Pharmacy staff is amazing, they should share their great customer service skills with the store cashiers, especially Malia. The cashiers always have the look of pure misery on their faces. The cashiers have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen.
