We had a GREAT experience with Stout Roofing after one of their competitors failed more than once to show up for their scheduled appointments with us. Wish we had just called Stout the first time. It would have saved us a lot of grief. I HIGHLY recommend this company, we WILL use them again if need be, and we are VERY glad that they came to our aid in a timely manner. After having storm damage to my roof and having to go through my home owners insurance, stout roofing came through for me and made my stressful situation easy. Not only did they communicate with my insurance they were out quick to give me a quote even with me living 2 1/2 hours out of st George, all the staff I spoke with or met while the roof was being installed were professional and a pleasure to work with, the roof looks amazing, thanks everyone at stout roofing.
They didn't want to fix a limited leak in one area of an otherwise decent roof. So I paid for an entire re-roof to make it worth their while. But they did agree to "stand behind their work". Unfortunately they STILL didn't fix the leak! And they refused to come back and fix it later unless I paid them more!Also when you read their canned response below, please consider; who are you gonna believe? Because, in my case at least, what they said was not true!
Asked for a price on a new roof didn't even bother to call back after they said they would look at it
