I love this theater! The staff are always quick to take care of us and make sure we get our snacks and get to the movie. Even when it gets busy they keep things rolling. The theater is also kept clean and has a great feel to it.
Love seeing movies here. New seats are awesome and comfortable. They always keep the theaters clean as I have never seen them dirty. The staff is always presentable and very kind and helpful. This is. Great place to see the latest box office smash hits!
This is a great place to come and see movies to! I am only giving it three stars, because I simply have been in more modern and prettier movie theaters.The quality of the movie screen and sound is great!The seats are good enough. And there is a great selection of snacks that you can get. However overall in its appearance it does not look the most up to date. But this does not change the movie that you see.
Nothing not to like about going to the theater, especially when it's the Megaplex at Sunset. This is a nice, clean theater and prices are in line with other theaters of the same quality nearby. The staff, however, needed a bit more training. Took quite a while just to order 3 slushies. And the person selling tickets seemed very slow also. Maybe they were just new, but if so, they needed to have a supervisor on hand to keep things flowing. All in all, the experience was fine.
Ive been quite disappointed, for at least a year, now, in the movies offered at the Megaplex theatre.There are outstanding, remarkable films that have been, and will, be released. They are not on offer at Megaplex.I love quality, family-appropriate cinema, but, I'm a 66-yr-old grandmother. I don't require a Utah business person to censor films for me.Show them late, use the industry rating system! But, Mr. Miller--do not patronize me.For this reason I don't patronize your theatre, nor your car dealership.Thank you.
