I've been in line for about 3 days, my aching joints need substance, but the line isn't moving. Tears oll down my eyes as my life force leaves my body. I can't leave now and let my time waiting go to waste. I just want a burrito. There are not many people staffed and working, and the ones that are working are hardly working. Cafe Rio has always been my comfort food, now it will be my down fall. Please. Management, get your game together. I just want to eat but you guys have failed me. I will be eating at durangos now.

We have been getting dinner here almost every weekend for 15 years. For about the last two years, the service, quality, and accuracy of the orders has steadily declined. We resorted to using the online ordering to eliminate errors and get our food at a predictable time, but even that has gone out the window. At a time where St George is growing and attracting the attention of more and more quality restaurants, you would think Cafe Rio would want to maintain its market share. I hope they can get it together soon before they lose more of us regulars.**edit: We have been boycotting Cafe Rio for five months and decided compassionately to try them again today. Five months has only made them suck worse. We called in our order, and when we arrived, they were out of forks, ice, no water hooked up to the soda machine, the place is a mess, five angry people waiting for their overdue orders. Poor Cafe Rio.

It's just delicious. I love the barbacoa. Every once in a while they miss on a quality experience but generally it's great. People frequently ask if I prefer Cafe Rio or Costa Vida. To me they are interchangeable. They're both good and essentially the same product. CV probably ripped off the idea from Cafe Rio just as CR ripped off Chipotle. They'll all deny that, of course. Fact is, they're all delicious and you can't go wrong. The only issue with this Cafe Rio is that it's slam packed at lunch and dinner hours.

I called to get a pick up order, 2 minutes on the answering machine hold, no answer. I then just went in to get food for my kiddo and me. Took over half an hour to order! I go to Cafe Rio in Salt Lake City all the time and they are fast and never wait 30 minutes in line. Next time I'm going to pass on this Cafe Rio and just go get fast food. The reason why it gets only 1 star is not only the slow service time. The bathroom looked worse than those I've seen in Africa. At least those don't have urine all over the floor.

Cafe Rio St GEORGE needs to fire everyone and start over. I have been coming here since it opened. The service has sucked for at least 2 years. I didnt want to say anything but you guys need to fix the problem. Slowest lines, customer service sucks every time. It seems like the people working there dont even like to be there. What happened to the awesome experience?
