Our family of 10 were visiting from out of town so we went in for lunch having never been there before. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess and helped right away by the Manager who led us to a very nice private room that accommodated us all very nicely. Our servers were very friendly and helpful. We were informed of the lunch special of the day which was The Tasters Special. It included the visit to the salad bar, their (delicious) home made Root Beer and the offering to taste their selection of about 6 of the many pizzas on the menu. All of this for $9.99 a person. The pizzas we tasted were all very good and the salad selections were plentiful and fresh. We certainly will be visiting there again.
Not as many menu options as the Provo location but still a lot to choose from. Salad bar was always stocked and had a lot of variety. Pasta bar wasn't as diverse as I would have preferred but the sauces were delicious. Far less crowded than the Provo location, nice and quiet dinner. Good service and delicious food!
I've been to this location a few times now, when visiting family in St. George. So far, it's always been good. I love the salad bar - they have lots of options for toppings and dressings. I've never tried the pasta, so I can't comment on that. I like the pizza and the dessert pizza too. The service was fast and they did a great job for our large group of 12 or so people. Several of us ordered the all-you-can eat option and the servers did a good job of bringing around lots of different pizzas in a timely manner. Their homemade Root Beer is also pretty good. The waiting room is a little small, but there is adequate free parking outside. No outdoor seating available.
We had the "All You Can Eat" pizza lunch special. Most of the pizzas were really good. However, the wait staff never informed us that, for $1 more, we could have added "all you can eat pasta", too. I was disappointed that they don't actually bake their pizzas in a brick oven, either. The staff was great in keeping the pizza coming, bringing the many varieties directly to your table, offering them while they were still hot from the oven. The salad bar has a very good selection of salad toppings. They were also very good at keeping our drinks refreshed, and their root beer is great! They would have earned 5 stars, had they told me about the pasta addition, and if they actually cooked the pizzas in a brick oven, as their name implies.
We should've known by how dead the restaurant was at what should've been dinner rush. We had all sorts of problems when we went. It started when we first walked in. There were two employees and neither one of them greeted us. A host finally came out and sat us. We waited about 15 minutes with multiple servers passing by us before we flagged down a bus boy and told him no one had even talked to us. About ten minutes later a server came. He took our order and it came out at different times. My daughters cheese sticks were crispy and black on the bottom. We had all finished our meals and sat for another 15 minutes by the time my husband's pizza came out. It was absolutely ridiculous. The salad bar was decent and the spinach artichoke dip was pretty good but the service was absolutely awful.
