I hope JCP stays around as this store is full of great deals and plenty of product. You have to put some time in finding the deals but very worth it when you come out of the store. Good service makes the difference too!!
Just quick visit window shopping. The clerks were helpful and attentive. Things were neat and in order
They advertised to go on line and print out a coupon to use for all your purchases today. So, I printed out a 20% off coupon. I had received gift cards worth $50 that I planned to use. When I went to check out, I was told I could not use the coupon for any items I was using the $50 towards payment. This cost me an additional $12 . I should have been able to use the coupon on everything I bought. The store already had received $50 from my friends for the gift cards. Because I was cheated, I will never shop there again.
Seriously, this is the place to come for very reasonable prices for upper end clothes that last, nice jewelry, AND SUITS! Whenever I start somewhere else for suits, I end up back here. Quality, variety, always a sale of some kind. They have nice selection of JF Farar slim suits and shirts. Variety of travel and long lasting dress shirts (we're talking through hand washing in 3rd world country!), varietynof fabric and fits for pants, belts. Noce "dressy casual" sweaters for men. Also love their boots and shoes, coats/shawls/sweaters for women! There always seem to be some good sales going on. Esp great at Christmas time. Customer service has always been above and beyond for us, helping with measurements, finding things, and incl returns if wrong size. :)
Update: I went in here again the other day and now there is a giant store in the middle of the store. It is strange and makes the JCP feel really chopped up. I just have a hard time shopping here.I'm not sure what happened to this store, I used to shop here all the time, now I even have a hard time when I get the $10 off $10 finding anything I want.
