One of the employees here was very rude and aggressive to both my mom and I yesterday. She suggested that my mom should remove some of the makeup she wore into the store. My mom had asked for help selecting a shade of liquid foundation. She worker went for a shade that was obviously several darker than my mom's skin tone and said "you need this for your summer skin tone." My mom told her that she was currently as tan as she would get and wanted a lighter shade than what the worker kept trying to get my mom to buy (it really was way too dark for her! It didn't match at all). My mom ended up just walking away and not buying the product because the worker wasn't listening. It was a negative experience.
Called to book an appointment and will not move forward with scheduling due to the horrible service over the phone. If a 30 second call went that bad, there is no way I would spend a couple hours with that person getting my hair done let alone pay them. Very short and unprofessional. Assumed she knew what service I was looking to get and was quick to tell me there was no availability.
This store is honestly nothing but amazing. The staff were always there if you needed them and you could ask them to check for any product. They are always efficient In checking out and are so sweet. The store has a huge range of product and better than the sephora in town.
I love your prices, I love your products, and I love it that I can find whatever I need at ulta when it comes to beauty products but what I dont love is the customer service... its horrible and needs to be improved... honestly after going there today I would rather just get what I need online although that would mean paying shipping at least I wouldnt have to worry about feeling like a bother when I am asking for help about products... ps. Just because your make up and hair looks good doesnt mean your heart does beauty sometimes only runs skin deep
