Called from out of state to have flowers delivered to my mom . They never got delivered! I didn't get called and had to call them next day! They had phone number wrong and address for my mom wrong!!! When I called the guy was very unsympathetic and said that's how it is!!!!. Very poor service. I cancelled my order after that!!
Save yourself disappointment and go somewhere else. Overpriced flowers in arraignments that dont come close to the pics on website and cant read simple delivery instructions to actually deliver when the recipient would be home. Delivered a day late (day older product at this point) they had my number but never called. Poor customer service.
Worse ever went in to get flowers for my wife for her birthday in October and no good flowers had to order online (1800 flowers) just to get a simple bouquet of roses
I received flowers on Wednesday they were dead by Friday. I called them and they told me I could bring them back and they would replace the dead ones. They are all dead. I have 3 kids I am not going to drive into the next town dragging my three children to replace dead flowers.
